Co-sponsored by Fleet Feet and New Balance, this program is intended for new runners who have little to no experience. The program will help you get off the couch and ready for your first 5k race in 12 weeks. With supportive and knowledgeable coaches as well as weekly group runs, No Boundaries will teach and encourage you to get fit.
