What:  4.3 or 2 mile non-competitive walk to encourage companies and employees to get involved in the American Heart Association's first against heart disease and stroke.  This event is designed to bring public awareness to physical activity and a heart-healthy lifestyle, while at the same time raising critical dollars needed to fund the American Heart Association's mission.

When:  Saturday, October 6
             7:30 AM -- Registration

What:  Mud Mountain Dam 5k Run - "The Best Dam Run Around!"

When:  Saturday, October 6 at 9:30 AM
Day-of-race registration & check in begins at 8:30 AM.  Awards ceremony is approximatley scheduled for 10:30 AM.

Register by phone (360.802.0233), in person (at City Hall, 1339 Griffin Ave, Enumclaw), or by mail (send to Enumclaw City Hall).

*  Testing is helpful in assessing caloric needs for proper sports nutrition, fitness training levels, and anaerobic threshold information.  

*  During your test, you will be analyzed at both your resting rate and at your VO2 Max (measured by running on a treadmill).  

*  Sign up online today!
