What:  FREE 5k Fun Run -- Tour de Lights

Join Fleet Feet runners and family members to ring in the holiday season with a free, informal Christmas run through the decorated neighborhoods of Bonney Lake. The start and finish is located at the Bonney Lake Park & Ride just behind the Chevron station located on the corner of 184th Ave. and Hwy 410. We do ask that you bring at least one nonperishable food; items collected will be donated to our local food bank. Following the run, there are cookies and cocoa for all!

Led by runner and yoga instructor, Paula Schwary, Yoga for Runners helps athletes gain greater flexibility and core strength, ultimately benefitting their athletic performance.   

No pre-registration or prior yoga experience is necessary to join this class.  Cost for each class session is $5.  Drop ins are welcomed and encouraged!

Where:  Fleet Feet Bonney Lake

*  Testing is helpful in assessing caloric needs for proper sports nutrition, fitness training levels, and anaerobic threshold information.  

*  During your test, you will be analyzed at both your resting rate and at your VO2 Max (measured by running on a treadmill).  

*  Sign up online today!
