Come and join our Fleet Feet runners and friends for a 5-7 mile run.  For increased winter-time safety, we will now run on the Orting Trail.  Meet at the Meeker trailhead at 6:30 pm.

Where:  Fleet Feet Bonney Lake

*  Testing is helpful in assessing caloric needs for proper sports nutrition, fitness training levels, and anaerobic threshold information.  

*  During your test, you will be analyzed at both your resting rate and at your VO2 Max (measured by running on a treadmill).  

*  Sign up online today!

What:  Fleet Feet's Tacoma City Marathon Spring Training Group begins!

*  This is the first meeting and group clinic for the 2008 Spring Marathon Training Group.
