Led by runner and yoga instructor, Paula Schwary, Yoga for Runners helps athletes gain greater flexibility and core strength, ultimately benefitting their athletic performance.
No pre-registration or prior yoga experience is necessary to join this class. Cost for each class session is $5. Drop ins are welcomed and encouraged!
