Led by runner and yoga instructor, Paula Schwary, Yoga for Runners helps athletes gain greater flexibility and core strength, ultimately benefitting their athletic performance.   

No pre-registration or prior yoga experience is necessary to join this class.  Cost for each class session is $5.  Drop ins are welcomed and encouraged!

*  Testing is helpful in assessing caloric needs for proper sports nutrition, fitness training levels, and anaerobic threshold information.  

*  During your test, you will be analyzed at both your resting rate and at your VO2 Max (measured by running on a treadmill).  

*  Sign up online today!
