Our Mission

At Fleet Feet Sports Bonney Lake we have a variety of training programs catered to your current fitness level.  Whether you are not currently active or are a seasoned runner, there is a training program that will help you meet your goals and needs at your ability level.

Our training programs are so much more than just working out. You will be part of a running/walking community where our experienced coaches will be there working out with you and giving you motivation. Our training programs are very social and many participants form lifelong friendships.  The atmosphere will help keep you engaged and get you to meet your goals. The transformations we see from training program participants are phenomenal. We witness amazing changes in confidence and a passion for fitness is sparked. Overall health improves in our participants.

Yoga with Heide More Info »

Program Start: Thursday, March 2
Program Schedule: Every Thursday at 7PM
Program Fee: $10 per person
Description: Our awesome Yoga Instructor, Heide, will guide you through an all levels and abilities class! Whether it's to increase mobility or stretch your hurt areas, she can cover it all! Heide is a certified RYT 200 yoga teacher with the biggest heart for others and a deep passion for helping women become healthy. She teaches yoga at the YMCA as well as private classes in Orting. She enjoys working with all levels and abilities and believes everyone can do yoga!!! Heide loves everything athletic, from rock climbing to paddle boarding and snowshoeing. Through athletics she learned how to compete, set goals, and embrace challenges. Heide feels strongly about four things- faith, laughter, fitness, and community. Her constant smile and encouraging nature makes everyone feel at ease and welcome. She believes every workout is a gift. A gift that gives us women the opportunity to become stronger inside and out. She look forward to practicing with you!

2017 Full & Half Marathon Training More Info »

Program Start: Wednesday March 1-Sunday May 21
Program Schedule: Wednesday at 6:30PM, Saturday at 8AM
Goal Race: Capital City Marathon
Program Fee: Price increases as we approach closer to start date! Please see price tier.
Description: During this 12 week program we will meet two times a week (Wednesday at 6:30PM/Saturday at 8AM) to train for the Capital City Marathon and Half Marathon on May 21, 2017 (Sunday). Your program will include: A daily calendar with recommended runs and workouts, training technical tee shirt, monthly physical therapy support, nutrition clinic, injury prevention clinic, weekly emails with planned routes and race day strategy, two supported group runs with mentors and coach per week (water, nutrition included), Fleet Feet Bonney Lake "gear up" week with discount, and more!
