Our 10K Program is a 12-week training group that will have options for both beginners and seasoned runners.
An informational meeting is scheduled for Tuesday January 26th at 6:30 p.m. at Fleet Feet Sports Bonney Lake.
This training is a 12 week running program to progress intermediate runners to successfully complete and PR in the In a 10K that is To Be Determined but it will be the week of May 1st, 2016. The race is not mandatory, but it always makes for a fun time! You may have a different race in mind and we'd love to help you train for that as well. Whether it's your first or fiftieth long distance event, we promise you will learn new things, meet new people, and have fun along the way to meeting your goals! Training begins February 6th, 2016.
WHEN: Weekly training runs will be on Wednesday's at 6:30pm and Saturdays at 8:30am.

***PREREQUISITE TO JOIN: Be able to run 3 miles comfortably at a 10min/mile. We recommend that you are comfortable with mileage between 3-5 miles before starting.***
