8 Week 5K Training Program for Haulin' Eggs

This 5k Program focuses on beginners and those returning to running after injury or an extended break, but all levels are welcome. The program is structured to help you cross the finish line of your first race in just 8 weeks! Along the way we'll provide you with motivation to keep you moving, guidance and advice, weekly group training runs, and educational clinics on topics such as proper nutrition, choosing the right gear, and avoiding injury. Plus, you'll have the camaraderie of others just like you!

8 Week 10K Training Program for Sporty Diva

The 10K (6.2 miles) training program is designed to further runners and walkers towards their fitness and running goals beyond the 5K distance. It will include an education on training techniques and tools in order to further enjoy running and improve your performance. Along the way we’ll provide you with motivation to keep you moving, guidance and advice, weekly group training runs or walks, and educational clinics on topics such as proper nutrition, choosing the right gear, and avoiding injury. Plus, you’ll have the camaraderie of others just like you!

 Half Marathon Training Program for Tacoma City 

The Half Marathon Training Program is a 12 week program that meets twice a week designed to prepare runners for their first ever endurance event or to help seasoned runners meet a new performance goal.  These programs will educate on endurance training principles, hydration and nutrition techniques, body awareness, pacing and running autonomy.
