Goal Full and Half Marathon: Capital City Marathon & Half Marathon
Our Program is a 12-week training group that will have options for both beginners and seasoned runners.
This training is a 12 week running program to progress runners to successfully complete their training goals. The race is not mandatory, but it always makes for a fun time! You may have a different race in mind and we'd love to help you train for that as well. Whether it's your first or fiftieth long distance event, we promise you will learn new things, meet new people, and have fun along the way to meeting your goals!
Training begins Wednesday, March 1, 2017
Kickoff and Information Session:
Wednesday, February 22, 2017 at 6:30PM (Location: Fleet Feet Bonney Lake)
WHEN: Weekly training runs will be on Wednesday's at 6:30pm and Saturdays at 8:00am.

***PREREQUISITE TO JOIN:
Marathon: Be able to run 8 miles comfortably. We recommend that you are comfortable with mileage between 6-9 miles before starting.
Half Marathon: Be able to run 6 miles comfortable. We recommend that you are comfortable with mileage between 5-7 miles before starting.
